“My wife and I had a plan when selling our house to deal with it in 3 stages:
1: Plant a "For Sale By Owner" sign in the front yard, put a few ads on the internet and see what happens for a month.
2 : Enlist the help of a FSBO company for a month and see if the improved exposure helps.
