 We listed our house with ComFree on Thursday and by Friday our pictures of the condo were online. By Friday afternoon we had 10 phone calls for people coming Saturday to view the house. One gentleman stated on the phone he was going to put an offer in the following day. Sure enough he came and brought his family to see the place and made an offer an hour later. We sold our condo in the first day listed!!
We also bought our house through ComFree. We used the extra money from the sale of our house and the commission to pay off all our debts and start a new fresh life together. Were getting married in November.
